WHO YOU ARE

* Graduated from Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or MIS
* Good level of understanding and writing skills in English language
* Willing to learn and research
* A good team player, solution-focused, open to new innovations
* Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
* Willing to deep dive into Open Source technologies
* Able to work in a flexible and shifted environment (24/7 monitoring rotations)
* Completed military service or postponed for at least 2 years

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Monitor and verify that monitoring systems work properly
* Ensure monitoring systems function properly end-to-end and take actions to improve current processes
* Monitor servers for CPU, memory, disk, network, and web service states
* Take corrective actions in line with monitoring procedures and escalate problems to related departments when needed
* Prepare weekly IT Infrastructure reports
* Execute weekly version deployments for Coral Travel Group systems
